Respectful, pleasant men. They got right to work and did a fine job. Then they cleaned everything up. I had sticker shock when the total came out! But, my hot water heater is fixed. I'm satisfied. I teased them about giving me a senior discount. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Gold Seal was fast, efficient and professional. We always consider them our ‘go to’, for any plumbing issues. Only issue is: even with coupons they are expensive. But, you definitely get what you pay for! We never have to worry.

We sure appreciated the gold seal team and the good care they took of us. They responded immediately to our washer, dysfunction and flooding of the living room and bedroom and closet. They were very thorough addressing all the problems in teamwork with Servpro who also responded to this for us emergency. We are waiting for the Servpro experts to finish and then we’ll hear from gold seal to hook the washer back up, but again we’re so thankful for their very kind thorough and quick response.

I had gold seal come out this past week the plumbers Dawson and his apprentice Jeremiah were very professional individuals who represented the company very well. Answered all my questions with patience and were very informative. I can appreciate high quality tradesmen’s as a tradesmen myself. Keep up the good work fellas.

Ben & Dylan were awesome. They came out to our house in single-digit temperatures to fix our frozen pipes. They were fast and accurate. The pipes are flowing again and they taught us how to prevent this issue in the future! Excellent service!! Thank you!

It was so nice to get to talk to someone and schedule a time for them to come to my house and address my concerns. I had called multiple other plumbers and none had time to fit me in and some didn’t answer or return my call. John was awesome and after correctly evaluating my problem, he fixed it! He did more than what I hoped for: fixed a leak, fixed my water main and fixed my water heater! I’m so thankful!!
